Varrock teleports or a hatchet to get logs near beacons is a good idea.
Note: Maybe runescape gold and RS power leveling will help you a lot, just have a try!
Step by step:
First, to start the quest, you should speak to King Roald in the Varrock Palace. He tells you to talk to Blaze Sharpeye. Then lighting the first beacon
Needed items: Tinderbox, 20 logs of the same kind (or a hatchet to get them on your way).
Next, Go to Blaze Sharpeye, who is located near the beacon just south of the temple at the entrance of Morytania. Beacons are indicated by a Fired Up Beacon icon. Talk to Blaze.
Third, click the beacon to add 20 logs to it, and then click it again to light it.Then talk to Blaze again. He asks you to light the beacon tended by Squire Fyre, which is located just west of the Rag and Bone Man's hovel. Lighting the second beacon.
